Best build for a Dhampir Witch Doctor

Advice

Ok, then- I have been struggling with this character for YEARS and finally I found two ideas that very nearly capture the flavor I had in mind. Help me to choose, please- or point out if there’s something better!
He has to be a reformed CE rogue/lord of undead that is currently CN and on the way to become TN. He has trapfinding, command undead, and a familiar. Best of all would be a mix of arcane and divine spells, but it’s not mandatory. I like the idea of him fighting with a spear, but since dhampirs have a high Dexterity I would love finding a way to finesse it.

1st build- Unchained Rogue (Eldritch Scoundrel) VMC Oracle of Bones. The main points here are that he wouldn’t be proficient with any armor (though Armor of Bones could obviate to this), the command undead ability would be reduced, and his familiar would arrive only at 12th level, after taking minor magic and major magic. Powerless prophecy would give him uncanny dodge from 1st level and later improved uncanny dodge, and finesse training + the 3PP rogue talent Expanded Finesse Training would allow to use Dex with his spear. Great spells: Command Undead, Legend Lore.

2nd build- Oracle of Bones (Seeker). Gets trapfinding, uncanny dodge/Improved uncanny dodge (with Powerless Prophecy), full-powered command undead and armor use, but must spend feats to get a familiar. Great spells: Call Spirit.

3rd build- mix of the two? Is it viable or too underwhelming?

Possible PrCs: Proctor or Soul Warden.

I like the Oracle build, personally.

I found that Warsighted Oracle 10/Mortal Usher 10, VMC Rogue is okay. I used a Wayang, but the race is rather irrelevant to the build. Warsighted Oracle's Martial Flexibility kind of makes up for the feats lost to VMC. You get to completely finish out the Warsighted Oracle's Martial Flexibility progression via the Mortal Usher's Mortal Talents feature. And the little bit of Sneak Attack you get from VMC goes well with the handful of extra d6's you get from Mortal Usher's Reaping Strike (or whatever it's called). I don't think the two pools of extra damage dice stack, but situations exist that you could apply both at the same time.

I didn’t think of Warsighted. It could be a nice add to the build- I could grab the Spear Dancing style feats and the witch doctor could whirl on the battlefield with a finesse spear whenever needed. Neat!
Too bad Warsighted and Seeker are not compatible. Oh, well, something else to think about.

Ok, then, that’s the plan.
Seeker Oracle, Bones Mystery, Powerless Prophecy curse. Fangs alternate racial trait.
Traits: Final Embrace, House of Green Mothers Pupil
1) Blood Drinker, bleeding wounds
3) Familiar Bond
5) Weapon Finesse
7) Improved Familiar Bond, raise the dead
9) Improved Familiar
11) Weapon Focus (spear), undead servitude
13) Diverse Palate
From 15th level, go Soul Warden. His spear becomes his focus item.
15) Two-Weapon Fighting
17) Spear Dancing Style, Undead Master*
19) Spear Dancing Spiral
20) Threnodic Spell*

Mythic path: Bound (Legendary Games)
Bound Pact: Eldritch Wish
1) Mythic Hex (cauldron), Mythic Improved Familiar
2) Secrets of the Multiverse
3) Impossible Spell Knowledge, Mythic Spell Lore
4) Purifier
5) Alignment Insight, Mythic Undead Master
6) Infinite Spellcasting (command undead)
7) Mythic Major Hex (delicious fright), Mythic Weapon Focus
8) Penance
9) Overcome Curse, Mythic Diverse Palate
10) Unfathomable Knowledge

However, maybe this is even better?
Eldritch Scoundrel VMC Oracle of Bones, Powerless Prophecy curse, Fangs alternate racial trait.
Traits: House of Green Mothers Pupil, Final Embrace
1) Blood Drinker
3) bleeding wounds
4) Feat: Familiar Bond
5) Improved Familiar Bond; rogue’s edge: intimidate
7) sotto voce
8) Weapon Training (spear)
9) Improved Familiar
10) rogue’s edge: stealth
12) expanded finesse training (spear)
13) Diverse Palate
15) undead servitude; rogue’s edge: craft (alchemy)
16) face in the crowd
17) Undead Master
19) spirit walk
20) Improved evasion; rogue’s edge: acrobatics

Mythic abilities: same as above

Well, I think I definitively made up my mind: Warsighted Bones Oracle (Powerless Prophecy curse) with a 1-level dip in Dreamthief Unchained Rogue (Fear emotional focus) gives me everything I need and plenty of free feats to spend in Extra Revelation, Undead Master, and more. Thank you for advice, VoodistMonk!

(Or Spirit Guide for extra spells? Better Warsighted or Spirit Guide? Mmh…)

Depends what part of their past is more important to showcase... if you really want to highlight the rogue-ish nature of their past, then Warsighted provides the freedom to pick up feats that one may associate with a veteran assassin or thief. If you want to highlight the Necromancer stuffs, then I would imagine the Spirit Guide would be a better fit.

If they are "reformed" going towards true Neutral, I think they may not want to be overly dedicated to casting spells that are considered Evil. Warsighted and rogue stuffs seems like it would be easier to keep Neutral versus a Spirit Guide Necromancer.

Spirit Guide it is, so he can have access to more spells than only necromantic/evil ones (tribe spirit will allow him to create food and provide healing to his flock).
He will still animate dead occasionally for defense. My idea is to keep him struggling on the edge of conversion for a while, half against his will (he isn’t the more sane of persons, either).
