Is there anywhere an option, to see which posts I have marked as favourites?
I did not find anything in my account, on the forum or per search function.

View your profile, say by clicking your name here in this thread, there is a "favorites" tab to click. You can also view "favorited by others" which shows your posts that have been favorited.
