Advice on Talents and Infusions and features for a level 15 Kineticist

So planning a level 10 To 15 Half orc Kineticist who specializes in pure fire damage

10 TO 15 Cause my current character is level 10 and the game should end around level 15

I need advice on what utility talents to take at each level to maximize my damage
Same goes for infusion and feat.

Also plan to take Toughness a fee timed if I can squeeze them in
