Since Lissala lacks Obedience, even though it is one of their areas of concern, my go-to Divine Paragon suggestion is out.
I would probably take the Nobility and Rune Domains. The Rune Domain gives you Scribe Scroll, which is nice. Also take the Acolyte of Apocrypha trait for access to the Hubris Subdomain... that gives you Leadership at level 8.

What else do you want your Half-Elf Cleric to do?
At level 2, a classic reach Cleric would have Combat Reflexes and a Longspear. You would generally cast a spell and move into a position to get AoO, dealing damage "out of turn". This would be your effective strategy for pretty much the entire game. It just flat works.
If you want to spice it up a little bit, Half-Elves can give up Adaptability for the Elves' Weapon Familiarity... that gives you longbows (including composite longbows), longswords, rapiers, and shortbows (including composite shortbows). Half-Elves can also give up Adaptability for Exotic Weapon Proficiency... Lissala's weapon of choice is the whip, Clerics get proficiency in their god's favored weapon, and starting with EWP Scorpion Whip would allow you to deal lethal damage [with a scorpion whip].
I am not saying the whip [or scorprion whip] is a good idea on any class without bonus feats and access to Weapon Training/Sacred Weapon, but I generally try use as much as I can from any given deity.
Half-Elves' FCB for Cleric is +1/3 damage dealt with Channel... if you want to go down that path. Since Lissala is Evil, you would probably be channeling Negative Energy. IF VMC is allowed, you could VMC Oracle and take the Bleeding Wounds Revelation to make your Channel do additional Bleed damage.
For a reach Cleric, I like the Evangelist archetype... I really like Bards. Evangelist only gets one Domain, and I would probably pick Rune for "free" Scribe Scroll... it's less trouble than Leadership from the Hubris Subdomain. I would grab the Memorable trait, because it is like a mini Lingering Performance. First level feat remains Combat Reflexes. You will want the Flagbearer feat, so you can effectively use the Banner of Ancient Kings... an item you will want as soon as you can get. The Dervish Sikke is another item you will want, and it is much cheaper.
Since Evangelist Clerics get Bardic Performance, most importantly the Inspire Courage Bardic Performance, it is wise to litter the battlefield with summons. I recommend stocking up of summoning feats like Sacred Summons, Spell Focus Conjuration, Augment Summons, and at least one of the Evolved/Expanded/Superior Summons, or the like.
Pretty sure Half-Elves can start with Spell Focus Conjuration, maybe not, though... I know full Elves can start with two different Spell Focuc feats! That would allow you to start with Combat Reflexes, and Spell Focus Conjuration... which is a pretty good start, if it's possible.
