With the book's release now imminent, I figured dusting off this thread is topical. Here's hoping we hear from some subscribers soon!

Something something kishrishi is still as far as I've gotten.

I'm really looking forward to any new monk options in the book. I figure there are bound to be some with the Houses of Perfection there.

I'm really interested in the Kishirishi stats, something like +Con/+Int/-Dex seems possible and that's unique.

We’ve had the Ancestry stats for a little while now; nobody in the book has an ability flaw, Kashrishis are +Con +Free (as are Ghorans).

Though if we had gone with a different ability array with them, they'd probably have been +Con/+Cha/-Dex rather than Int; their natural psychic powers are empathic in nature. Dex flaws are so tricky though, since you're simultaneously dinging two defenses. The only time I've put it on an ancestry was with my loamlings, and they can burrow right out of the gate.

Someday we're going to get another +Con/+Int ancestry other than the Yaddithians. I refuse to give up hope.

Naraak is massive, even for a Nagaji, their frame wider and taller than most mortals who ever set foot in Niswan, and every inch of it clad in gold. Their greeting to guests and challenge to foes begins the same way, every time: "I serve two masters: Phasanaash with my body, and Diomazul with my soul. Insult me, or either of them, and I will leave no trace that you ever lived." Phasanaash is a spirit naga exiled from her Tian homeland, having become quite wealthy running an import business in Jalmeray's greatest city, and Naraak is her most favored bodyguard, kept around for his devotion - and increasingly, as a lucky charm.

I think the ideal build for Naraak here is some mix of a Tyrant or hypothetical Lawful Neutral subclass for Champions and a Barbarian (ideally a fiendish one!), to represent that iron-willed warrior with an unholy rage within. I have a soft spot for weird, martial LE divinities like Diomazul and General Susumu, so this angle's too fun to pass up.

With the book now out and the options on Pathbuilder, I hope this thread might get some new attention!
