When this is cast as a reaction it says "dispersed into air until end of current turn" - does this mean after a round or after a enemy triggered the reaction?
It would be until the end of the current enemy's turn. So you take the initial attack, but you aren't present for any additional follow-up attacks from that enemy.
If it was going to last for an entire round, then there are different timing words in common usage to indicate that.
Until the start of your next turn.
Until the end of your next turn.
Until the start of the triggering enemy's next turn.
