Hi, I have not yet received this order, and even with the longest date in the estimated delivery window it is now around three weeks overdue.
I know that you can not track individual overseas parcels, but do you have any feel for whether this is simply a delay in your overseas shipping to the UK, or whether it is likely to be missing in transit?
