Please also add my name to the list who cannot get their physical box.
Can we please get an update on what is the status of this situation?

Q: Does the cost of the Humble Bundle cover shipping charges for physical products?
A: No, your Humble Bundle cost DOES NOT include shipping fees for the physical Pathfinder 2nd Edition Beginner Box, which will be calculated when you redeem your code on Paizo.com.

Estimated Domestic shipping: $11-17
Estimated International shipping: $30-45

*Shipping and handling ranges provided are estimates based on the average costs to a variety of regions. Shipping and handling costs for some locations may be outside the estimated range.

Q: What about taxes or customs fees?
A: You may be responsible for additional import costs, customs fees, or taxes, depending on your location. Some locations may have VAT or sales tax calculated and applied along with shipping & handling through paizo.com, while others may have to work with their local post office to remit payment.

Q: What physical products are included in this Humble Bundle?
A: The physical item in this Humble Bundle is the Pathfinder 2nd Edition Beginner Box

Q: Who do I contact about a return/refund?
A: Refunds are done through and at the discretion of Humble Bundle. More information regarding Humble Bundle returns/refunds can be found here.

Q: I'm a subscriber and would like to have my beginner box shipped with my next subscription order to save on shipping, can I do that?
A: Unfortunately, no. These are packaged and shipped separate from subscriptions and regular orders.

Q: How much of my purchase goes to charity?
A: By default, 5% of your contribution is given to charity, but you can adjust that percentage by clicking the line that says, "Choose where your money goes". You'll be given sliders that allows...

I did contact customer support with zero response


Purchased Humble Bundle but picked wrong platform on some of them as I didn’t check the radio buttons carefully enough. Wanted Fantasy Ground but got Steam. Is there any way to repurchase?

Thank you very much for your patience. We wanted to post an update to let everyone know where we are at. We've identified the issues and are working on a resolution. We still need some time to put it through, and with being closed for the holidays, this won't happen until next week. Once the fix is through, you will be able to complete processing your Humble Bundle Beginner Box order. We will let you know as soon as we've resolved the issue. Again, thank you for your patience. I kinda suspected it was a supply-side issue when I checked the store page for the physical box (after noticing the lack of a physical item on the list) and saw "Out of stock".

Oh, and add me to the list of people that hasn't seen that physical beginner box on the partner redemptions list. Not a high priority for me personally, but more the principle of the matter.


I also see no physical box... I don't mind if it needs to be printed, I can wait. Please add me to the list.


Perhaps I'm barking at the wrong tree here or beating a dead horse, but those insane high shipping costs should've been mentioned somewhere in the process of buying the HumbleBundle. Currently refunding the bundle because there is no way I'm gonna pay the same amount as the bundle for international shipping.

Edit: the international shipping costs are 45 dollars. The bundle itself costs 45,-..........

¿45?, If i want a chance of ever receiving it, then it's 102 for me via UPS which is ridiculous(i have received far heavier, bigger and expensive items from across the world for the same cost also via courier), and via usps it's 70 or 38 with mail innovations, neither has tracking which is unacceptable for such an item(which means i'll never get it with our mail system, or maybe in 6+ months).

If it was 70 for fedex/ups, i would seriously consider it as it's a fair pricing to get it in 1 week, as it is, no.

edit: it also seems that last week's "next week" CS message did not apply to this week :S as we're still unable to redeem

Shipping rates are high due to world shipping issues and not something we can control. Though we have had (and continue to have) discussions with Humble Bundle about how best to communicate shipping expectations to customers so they aren't surprised.

As this was a very short week with quite a few staff out on holiday, we didn't get the fix implemented. It is top of the list for CS when we return to the office on Monday. Thank you all for your patience. Happy New Year!

I kinda understand what you're saying, and I can't blame you (Paizo) for the way Humblebundle communicates this to potential buyers of the bundle. That said, I order packages from all across the world and I've never seen such high shipping costs like this. I'd consider - as Paizo - to reevaluate the way you're sending packages, but that's just my advice.

We've sent this update out via email but wanted to share here as well since one of the sets of instructions we sent out was not working correctly but these steps should work :)

Please try this alternative method: Go to My Account-Partner Redemptions and click on the words "Partner Redemptions" it will take you to where you redeemed the Humble Bundle codes. From there, please scroll down to below the list of codes redeemed. You should see four boxes with 1-2-3-4. Just below is the first checkout screen.
