Hello,
I am trying to come up with a build for a group of witches (half-elves for campaign reasons) that act as political advisors. I was thinking the vellemancer archetype with the enchantment (fey gifts) patron would be a good choice, but I am struggling with a decent build.
Looking for any build ideas or tips on how to build a witch for this purpose.
Thank you.

I kind of like the idea of using the Dark Sister archetype for one of them. Either Deception or Trickery for the Patron. Being able to incorporate a Night Hag, adds some legitimacy to their Coven.
She could even pursue the Drow Nobility feat chain and literally be the "dark" sister of the three. Or just make her a Noble Drow, and skip the BS feats. Lol. Noble Drow can get a +1 to Enchanment Spells and a +2 to spells with the Evil descriptor for alternative racial features... however, I haven't found any Evil Enchantment spells that could naturally benefit from both.

I would recommend a Rhetorician Witch as one of the advisors. Their Debater ability can be used to frustrate other characters attempts to influence others. So if your advisor is constantly around an important person, they can prevent any meaningful interaction with said person by mechanically blocking diplomacy checks with their own.
