Homebrew barbarian

Advice

I am just curious what some of you number crunchers can come up with.

The rules: Stats are 20str,14dex, 16 con,12 wis,10 inr, 8 cha

You are gestalting barbarian and expert. Gear is not being factored in but if there are any must haves feel free to include. Rage cycling is not allowed, and rounds of rage do not count. You get a bonus feat at every even level. You are half orc. What is the strongest build you can make? Offenseively and/or defensively. Level of barbarian can always be swapped with a different, but expert is frozen in place.

I have one currently built as a sundering unarmed user at level 3, superstitious and loving it but curious what others come up with.

Expert isn't really giving you anything except a good Will save and class skills. UMD is the usual go-to in that sort of situation, but you have 8 Cha so (traits aside) it's not worth it. Likewise Diplomacy and Bluff. That leaves a few knowledges and Sense Motive.

So really, it's almost not Gestalt. Under those rules (and different stats) I'd have built a sorcerer.

Otherwise I'll leave it to people like VoodistMonk to abuse the system.

Silver Crusade

So, half-orc undying barbarian- (a very fun build to play with)

Stats:
20str, 14dex, 16 con, 12 wis,10 int, 8 cha (if this is pre racial, +2 to con, if not, drop Str to 18 and up con)

2 barb levels (Invulnerable Rager)
1 Unbreakable Fighter level

Feats-
1- Endurance, Diehard, Tenacious Survivor
2- Ferocious tenacity
3- Raging Vitality

at level 3 thats-
(raging)
HP: 50 (assuming half+1)
CON: 24

Effective HP with rage up- 76 . You can spend 1 rage round to negate 6 damage (min 1 taken)

with Beserker of the Society, and half-orc FCB you have 18 rounds of rage a day. At level 3, thats pretty good. It gets better as you level-

Future Feats-
4- Power attack
5- Step up or extra rage
6- Deathless Initiate
7- Extra Rage
8- Extra Rage
9-

At level 8- with +1 to con each level and a +2 con/str belt

HP(raging): 133hp
Con score: 28
Rage Rounds: 47/day
Effective HP while raging- 160 with DR/3, DR/6 vs non lethal.

There's a campaign trait called Resurrected, if allowed it gives you con+4 death threshold (4 more effective HP)

Rage powers I would consider with the build-
Renewed Vigor
Regenerative Vigor
Reckless Abandon
Come and Get Me
Fueled by Vengeance (if allowed)
Superstition
Eater of Magic
Dragon Totem Lines
Feast of Blood

I know expert wasn't THW choice, but we had to pick an npc class to gestalt into. Given its strange aeons, will save booster and a few class skills seemed more pertinent, as i dont think fighter would do anything, and i dont want spells.

Rorek very interesting build, though the rounds of rage stuff isn't needed in our homebrew. Currently i have gone with superstitious already and intending witch hunter next, and focusing on sundering for spell sunder later, but curious on other builds for where to fill in gaps. I may consider some of your suggestions, thanks for your input!
