Subscription flexability?

Customer Service

I have 4 subscriptions and am considering a 5th. However, sometimes, the 4 alone can cause some budget crunch (especially when they all occasionally hit in the same month, so this is even more of a concern if I add a 5th. Since I intend to maintain the 1st 4 subscriptions, my question is this: can I request to skip items in my 5th subscription if I can't afford them at the time? Whether it would mean asking for the item to not be shipped, or whether it would mean turning off my subscription for a month and then turning it back on afterward, is this possible? Also, I fully understand that if this is possible, and I order the skipped item separately in the future, I would not get the pdf version for free as I would normally with subscription orders.

Hi,

We, unfortunately, can't skip items in a subscription, instead you would need to let us know you would like to cancel the subscription and then you can resubscribe once the next item you want is the starting option. We are also able to cancel items from an order before it ships and we can also move items to your sidecart to wait and then ship with the following month's subscription order. Hope that helps but let me know if you have any further questions :)

If I were to move items to the side cart to ship with the next month’s items, would I still be charged in the current month, or would the charge hold until the next month when it ships?

You are only charged for items when they ship.
