I actually helped work on this product, and am willing to give little tidbits as teasers. Dustin Knight dropped a few things here and there as well in a separate thread.
Legendary Games is already known for its really great take on the Kineticist for PF2 (among many other things!), so I hope the Shaman can find its own place among the PF2 community.
Check it out here and check out all things Legendary as well! (especially the new Boricubos release)

I like the mechanical hook of the class from the preview (thank God I discovered this, maybe I can actually find out what Emissary does, lmao). What kind of benefits do Trances actually give you? What's the general gameplan of the Shaman? What kind of "build around me" feats are there? (sorry if this is too much!)
I do immediately like it more than Legendary Kineticist and Mesmerist (both of which I bought), so there's that.

Trances do two great things.
One it allows you to Merge with your spirit which grants you a specific Archetype feat (or feats as you level) and it gives you access to spells that otherwise wouldn't be on your spell lists (Spirit/Granted spells).
It allows for a really versatile approach to combat and character building that I think is exceptionally cool.
Also each of the Class Paths manifests the Trance in different ways so that adds a little nuance to how each plays :)

I see! Definitely really cool. I see the little sidebar about free archetype, and here I am running "one class feat per level" games... I'd definitely have to think of clean ways to implement this in Foundry since that's where all my games happen.
Honestly, I should get to coding for Foundry. I've been doing so much writing lately and then my kid was born I sort of put it back on the shelf, but I think as 3PP moves forward, integration with Foundry is going to have to come to the table.
For now, I hope maybe the "free archetype" option might help you get by, but who knows maybe I'll figure out how to write a module for Foundry soon.
You make a good case for it since Shaman as a self-buffing type class would benefit a lot from a module for Foundry.

Self buffs aren't necessarily the issue - effects (automatically calculated buffs, etc) aren't too hard to put together afaik. The real toughie will be the spirit spells and feats - perhaps just making a duplicate character sheet would be enough in that case, though. (This is also how Eidolons are handled.)

That's probably a good idea.
On another note, for those that want a physical copy, it just went up on Amazon
