Sajan Pregen - 1st level feats question

Sajan, then monk pregen, has two class feats (ki rush and tiger stance) at first level. I'm trying to figure out how that works or if it's just a bug in the pregen. Any insight?

He's human. He probably picked Natural Ambition as his 1st level ancestry feat.
