Hello,
I am in regards to the above order. I turned in 6 GM reward certificates totaling $175. At the time of my purchase I was charged the difference for the remainder of the order which was $26.44. All of the certificates turned in showed as redeemed and no longer useable immediately after.
Today I received an email confirmation that my order was processed and checked into my bank account to discover I was charged $175 dollars for the certificates that were already redeemed for that order.
I don’t understand why I can’t turn the certificates in I’m advance and then use the credits for the purchases to prevent this from happening. As this has happened on EVERY purchase where I have attempted to redeem certificates.
Please advise when the hold will be released or the funds will be returned to my account. As I refuse to continue to double pay for product.

Hi,
I took a look at your order and it looks like all the store credit is there but was getting a little stuck. Since the order hasn't shipped yet and because we don't officially charge for the order until it ships I was able to reverse the authorization for the $175 on your credit card as well as get the store credit working on the order. Please allow some time for that to be reflected in your account. Your order should be entering our shipping queue here shortly and I'll be keeping an eye on it as it goes out :)

Thanks a bunch Logan. Sorry for the double post of my issue. This same thing (with the certificates (the last several purchases) and the overlook of the original post) happened last time. I know you guys have your hands full and are probably overwhelmed so sorry to add to the extra workload.

Hi,
I'm so sorry this order still charged to your card! I'm not quite sure what happened because the store credit was applied and the original authorization reversed but I went ahead and refunded you for the overcharge. Our sincerest apologies for this inconvenience! I've also passed this on so we can investigate the issue with store credit further :)
