Order #36655859 confirmed via email October 6th, it was supposed to ship by October 8th, tracking link shows no information or updates as of yet.
No packages have been delivered to home as of yet either! Please let me know if I can help.

Hi,
I checked on your order and this is, unfortunately, an ongoing issue we’ve had with UPS Mail Innovations where tracking information won’t update. I can assure you that your order did ship from our warehouse on 10/6 and the latest expected delivery date in the given timeframe of 4-8 business days would be 10/19. For the most part, despite the missing tracking information, orders have still been delivered in a timely manner, so let me know if it doesn't arrive! If it doesn’t show up, let me know and I can gladly look into getting a replacement order set up :)
