Still having issues with downloading order

Really sorry, but I saw the empty file problem had been resolved, so I started downloading the books I ordered yesterday. The first one was fine, but the second book (wrath of the righteous) is still having issues.

I tried downloading both before going to the customer service board, saw there were issues, and stopped trying until I saw the post today that it had been resolved. For the first file, I hit the "problems?" link to refresh the download, and it worked correctly. But I forgot I had tried downloading the second book as well, and tried downloading it directly. Now, no matter how many times I refresh the download, refresh the download page, mark all as downloaded, delete my cookies, and delete the folders from my download menu, it only ever downloads an empty file folder. The download page is showing the correct file size, it just isn't actually downloading anything when I click the link.

Thank you for the information. I've alerted tech that the download issue may not be resolved.

In the meantime, may I suggest you clear your browser cache in case it is hung up from this morning? It may not fix the issue, but it shouldn't cause more issues either.

I'm having the same issue with part 2 of the ruby fists. I can get the file with the chapters divided up into differen pdfs, but I can't get a single pdf.

If it helps any, I am still seeing a problem with the 22byte file...
and it is not a browser issue.

I did check with a second browser and it made no difference. And I have re-requested it multiple times.

In my case it is PFS2 3-02 that fails... but I was able to download 3-03

I was also able to download the Ghost Ship flip mat.

I think that 3-02 was one that I tried yesterday. I wonder if that has anything to do with it?

Same issue here with the Grand Bazaar single file and file by chapters. I get an empty 1kb file.

I checked the recent downloads for everyone in this thread - all are correctly generated and download successfully. If you're not getting the correct files, there is almost certainly a stale cache between our servers and you, possibly in your browser itself.

Try right-clicking the download link and opening it in incognito mode. If your browser's cache is causing the problem, opening the download link in incognito mode should bypass that and let you download the file.

Otherwise, it's being cached somewhere between us and you - possibly by your ISP. We can't control that, so if that's the case you'd unfortunately be stuck waiting for it to expire naturally.
