The UPS link has no info, and it’s been over a week

My order (36674071) says it shipped on 10/4/21, but I haven’t received it and there’s no tracking info. The UPS link says if there’s no tracking after 3 days to make contact with you, so I’m making contact.

This is, unfortunately, an ongoing issue we’ve had with UPS Mail Innovations where tracking information won’t update but I'm glad to see that it arrived. Please let me know if I can assist you further :)
