My order of "Pathfinder Battles-Bestiary Unleashed" arrived damaged.

My case order of "Pathfinder Battles-Bestiary Unleashed" (Order #36654992) arrived today, but one side was mangled. Most of one side of the outer box was missing. Several of the Booster boxes has big holes in them. All this was taped over.

I suspect that some miniatures may be missing from the gashed open boosters.

How should I proceed?
Should I file a claim with UPS?

I'm sorry also, I quit looking at this thread a while back since there wasn't a reply and then I forgot to for a couple of weeks. I'll send some pictures over to customer service e-mail.
