I saw that the estimate for Pathfinder Rulebook subscribers to have their orders shipped was between 9/27 and 10/8. It is now 10/8, and I don't yet have the PDF. I was just wondering if I should be worrying at all. I know that shipping isn't great right now, but I'm just curious about when I can expect to get that.

I am in the same boat.

If you check the pinned thread titled October subscriptions you'll be able to see updates for the subscriptions. Generally speaking as subscribers we aren't promised products before the street date so IMO no, there is no reason to worry if you haven't gotten your order before the street date.

You should have gotten a pre-authorization email confirming your order. As long as you got that email then your order is in line to be shipped and we just have to wait for the warehouse workers to ship the orders. Once the orders are shipped then we get the subscription PFFs.

So at this point we just have to be patient and check the subscription thread for any updates from CS. Cheers

Monday is a mail holiday. I sincerely doubt that, if I haven’t even been billed, they will manage to pack my books Tuesday, and have them to me by Wednesday. I’m not asking for my books before the street date, but why would I pay them to get my books after the date I can buy them in a shop?

This is exactly what I'm feeling right now. I'm merely asking that I, a subscriber, don't have to wait longer than a non-subscriber to get my books. Why would I subscribe and pledge my money to Paizo if it takes them longer to get me my books than it does for all of my friends to just wait until the street date and pick up their books at our local game store?

Due to inconsistent international shipping this is an extraordinarily large shipment month. Thank you for your patience and patronage. Paizo offices will reopen on Tuesday after the national holiday.

I understand that shipping has been bad, but, like, when you warn me ahead of time it’s a justification, when you tell me after the fact it’s an excuse. We’ve been asking what’s going on since Friday, and it wouldn’t have been hard to make a post at EOB saying “Hey, shipping is hard, our window has now extended to X Oct,” instead of just leaving us twisting in the wind.

I’m not in touch with coworkers over the weekend, so I have no additional details. Nor do I have the authority to say anything has been extended. I’m posting on the weekend as a courtesy to you so you know when you can expect to hear from us again. I’m sure shipping will continue when we reopen and the CS and warehouse teams will have more info for us. Cheers!
