Order 33725957

The discount applied for the Mini's in this order was not my Miniatures Subscriber discount. Looks like the singles for the Bestiary Unleashed are not flagged for the miniatures discount.

Please apply the correct discount to this order?

They are currently side carted and I want to keep the order in the side cart until my November subscriptions shipment.

Hi,

After looking into it with Webstore, it looks like all of the settings should be correct on the Unleashed minis but for some reason it is not being displayed while the items are in your sidecart. This should resolve itself once the items move out of your sidecart next month. If after you get your email confirmation for November's sub order you see that the discount is still not displaying correctly please let us know right away so we can take another look. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Weird. I will keep an eye on it. It is a fairly common occurrence that the BATTLES DISCOUNT isn't applied to new items from the battles line when they are first listed and has to be 'fixed' after the fact.

This is a first that I've seen the discount not applied to items in our carts once that was verified/resolved.

New items put into the cart are not listing the discount for the singles or full case. But the Bestiary Unleashed booster brick, booster box and Tree Razer do. It is only the individual singles and the case not getting the battles subscription discount applied.

I will keep an eye on it, but one of the last times it came back with the answer that everything looked good Sam Phelan said that they wouldn't be displayed on the pages anymore but they would in the cart.
