I have a question about this particular rune. It seems to have the "Forceful" trait and when I go to watch what it does it sends me to the forceful weapon trait. Does this mean that the rune also gives that peculiar trait to the weapon or is this just a case of homonymy? Just to be clear, i was checking it out on AoN

AoN is wrong. The rune has the Force trait, not the Forceful trait.

I'm not sure what the Forceful trait would do on a rune anyway. I don't see or know of any rule that a rune would add its traits to the equipment it is etched on to. It may have an entry in its rules text that it adds a particular trait to the weapon, but that wouldn't be done simply by putting the trait on the rune itself.
