Unusually, a creature wearing an infiltration skin can wear an additional suit of armor over the powered armor, in which case they use the better of the two armors’ EAC bonuses, KAC bonuses, and armor upgrade slots. The wearer uses the worse of the armors’ maximum Dexterity, armor check penalty, and speed penalty values.
I don't see why not.. .Expensive but also would be rather funny...

I have a nesting armor build already and I'm so excited to add another layer to it. I'm sad the upgrade slots get combined, but at least I get another weapon slot.
My question is: If you use Drone Meld can you wear the drone over the outer layer of power armor?
