Drones have low strength scores.
If you toss an industrial backpack on one does this apply to it?
When wearing a properly fitted industrial backpack, you treat your Strength score as 2 higher for the purpose of determining your carrying capacity.
I haven't found anything that would stop it and wanted to check.

Seems legit. I mean that's an actual thing now much less with science fiction future magictech.

Well, you can give them a cargo rack as a mod, so that pic is closer to that but I don't see anything to say they can't have a back pack. I sold our Mechanic a seat cushion for his drone... cost more then his clothes. He wanted a good one.

A robot (SRO) can wear a backpack. Why couldn't a robot (drone) also wear one? I'm not seeing any rules preventing drones from using items in general, so... they can use items.
Well, you might need to give them manipulator arms. I don't think they have hands by default.
