Remember there is Improved Familiar feat that decreases Required Number of Abilities by two.
But pathbuilder doesn't decreasing usable Number of Abilities. And pathbuilder's developer said it's intended.

I think that Pathbuilder is not a Paizo product.

Here is the build link for character with broken familiar ability counting. To view this build you need to open it on an android device with version 127+ Pathbuilder 2e installed.
