Hello, is it possible for an Heightened Planar Ally ritual to obtain aid in the form of a celestial servitor (creature 20) ?
2 gp × the spell level × the target’s level ?
Does a weak version lower the level of this creature ?

So if it's level 10, sure.
"If the ritual succeeds, you must offer the servitor payment depending on factors such as the duration and danger of the task."
This is in addition to the cost of the Ritual
"Payment always costs at least as much as a consumable item of the creature’s level"
A level 20 consumable is about 10k.
"it often costs as much as a permanent magic item of the creature’s level to persuade a creature to fight alongside you."
A level 20 permanent item is about 60k.
