Response time on a customer service email.

Hi there. 6 days ago, I sent you guys an email because the "remove map tags" button on one of my interactive maps doesn't work. I am looking to get a corrected pdf, so that I can effectively run the game on the map. I'm not sure if an email is the best way to get a response, or posting on here, but if I could get any sort of update just to know that someone is working on the issue, or an idea on how long it takes to hear back on this sort of thing, I would really appreciate it.

It has been over two months. I have had no results, and my emails have been ignored. This is unacceptable.
