As the subject line suggests, I'd like you to merge the two orders I have outstanding in order to reduce shipping cost. While on the topic of shipping cost, I must say that ~$65 USD for shipping does seem strangely steep. I noticed a thread saying that some shipping methods were incorrectly applied, so anything you can do to drive down the cost of delivery would be greatly appreciated. The pandemic has hit our wallets pretty hard, I'm afraid.

Hi! I merged both orders and resent the confirmation email so that you can see what everything looks like. As far as shipping goes, unfortunately, it seems to be correct. Shipping costs are ridiculous and we're always on the look out for ways to lessen those costs, but that's outside my area of expertise.
Additionally, while we really appreciate the support, if it's more cost-effective for you to order from elsewhere or purchase from your FLGS, definitely do that! I know in this case it's subscription products, which would mean losing out on the free PDF, but it might end up being cheaper to purchase the PDF separately in the long run (that will obviously depend on a lot of other factors, of course).
Apologies for the long reply! Shipping and the costs associated with it are something that's constantly being talked about, so I'm hoping, eventually, we'll have cheaper options to offer to our international customers.
