Order #36076664 - Shipping to New Zealand

The order still says Pending and showing a button to change the shipping method. It's currently set to Mail Innovations International (the cheapest). I've since attempted to change it to UPS First Class. Will that work? If not, what will?

Hello Phaeton_nz,

The shipping method isn't what is causing the order to wait. It is being held up by the Starfinder Logo t-shirt. We are still waiting to get it from Offworld Designs. If you'd like I can separate it out to its own order so everything else can get under way, or cancel it to the same effect. Otherwise the order will continue to wait until it arrives.

I have moved the shirt out to its own order so the rest can get going. I think our mail pickups for the day have all already happened so it will likely ship out tomorrow. But it should be on its way soon.

If you prefer the shirt be cancelled let me know and I can take care of that.

FYI: I also updated my payment method to reflect that the old card had been recently cancelled and a new one issued, so, hopefully there are no impediments to the original order being dispatched.

As for the Starfinder Logo T-Shirt, could you substitute for a 2XL size and see if that helps?

Hi! I updated your payment method on your order, so you should be all set there! As for the T-Shirt, it looks like the only sizes we currently have left are 4XL, 5XL, and Small, unfortunately. If any of those sizes would work, I can definitely get that added to your order, otherwise we'll get everything else shipped out ASAP!
