Aloha. This order was shipped on June 23rd, but the tracking on it has not updated at all since the 24th and the item still has not been received.

That order shipped out on June 23 and had up to 8 business days in transit to you. So it sounds like it is lost in the post. I have set up a replacement for you that should be on its way soon. You will be receiving an email confirmation.


This is why I love you guys lol. It seems it just arrived today. . . however it incurred some major damage in shipping. I can send the photos if necessary, but it looks like they ran it over with a truck.

Gotta love shipping, right? One the plus side, you already have a replacement on the way, so all set there! Don't worry about sending pictures or the order back to us; if it's still legible you can use it as a secondhand copy, at least!
