Hello my friends from PAIZO, how are you?
Can you use a guessing spell on me to remove this doubt?
My order 36423664 has been pending since last June 17th and is not billed... do I need to do anything? my credit card is working normally and on your website my order is in "pending" status. Are any of the items missing? if it is, they can withdraw it at the time and place it in a future order.
I'm really looking forward to reading these books, and how it takes me a long time to get here in Brazil. The sooner it is released, even if it is the PDFs, it helps us a lot.

It looks like at one point the order did have some backordered items on it but everything now seems to be available so I gave it an extra nudge towards the door and those items should be shipping out with the most recent subscription products :) Please let me know if I can assist you further.

The PDFs become available once the physical order ships.

I was charged yesterday for the order, but so far the PDFs have not been sent/released... what can we do? can you help me?

What you are seeing is the authorization for the order.When an order is placed, we immediately authorize your card to ensure that it can be charged when we ship your order. An authorization is a non-monetary transaction that merely checks with your bank to ensure that the card is valid and has sufficient funds. Again, no money is charged to the card until we ship your order. I have expedited the order for you and the warehouse is working very hard to get it shipped out to you. The PDFs will be available once it ships and you should receive an email confirmation letting you know when that has happened. If I can assist you further, please let me know :)
