Hi! It looks like we cancelled the Pathfinder Rulebook subscription on June 8th, which brought you down to 3 subscriptions, while the Paizo Advantage discount is activated at 4. I tried looking through our emails to confirm that you had asked us to cancel it, but I didn't find anything, so I want to make sure we didn't cancel that in error.
If that wasn't supposed to be cancelled, I can reinstate both that and your complimentary sub and get that discount applied to your order!
