Wish and all Wish-likes has the ability to cast a 7th-level spell from any tradition as 3 actions. Have you used this effect for anything cool or effective?
Also a tangent but although I don't think it is RAI it seems that the language doesn't exclude uncommon spells and spells not on any spell list such as focus spells and rituals which could potentially be a vool usage if you clear it with your GM before.
That would make sense with the power of Wish, et. al. It does say -any- spell; this can technically include Focus Spells, since those are tradition-bound as well, and are still spells as far as the mechanics are concerned.
Even some Arcane spells that are restricted via rarity would be on-the-table here, unless you're with a GM who thinks any means any that he's willing to allow. Which isn't technically wrong, but come on, it's a 10th level spell that can produce just about anything you want. By this point you're looking at fighting the true Big Bads of any AP, which requires every tool in your arsenal to function.
