Black Spellbook?

Rules Questions

I'm trying to find a special spellbook I remember reading about. It has black pages and spells written into it appear in silvery ink.

I think if you look at it in the light, it shows up blank, but if you read it in the dark, it shows up in silvery ink?

TOME OF DISSOLUTION

I found that HERE by searching "Spellbook"

And to find that page I typed "AONPRD SEARCH" into google.

Thank you! I searched Spellbook there, but it got lost in the sea of other spellbooks that have specific class requirements

Oh, I also clicked "off" all the options besides magic items, that ends up a pretty small list.

How strange. Its like a blessed spellbook, but much cheaper (12,500 gp vs 2000 gp). Not only that, but some spells take up half the normal amount of pages.

Edit: Nevermind. It doesn't seem to mention anything about waving the costs of adding spells like the blessed book does.
