I found a starship weapon, and doubts assail me.
The weapon is Greaser, a weapon with the Irradiate (medium) Special Properties.
Irradiate:
A weapon with this special property creates a wave of harmful radiation (see page 403) that penetrates shields and starship hulls. Living creatures on a starship struck by an irradiating weapon are subjected to the level of radiation noted in parentheses for 1d4 rounds of starship combat.
then,
Radiation
Radiation is a very real threat to adventurers, whether it’s the radiation emitted from stars or the radiation generated by various technological wonders of the universe. Radiation is a poison effect (see page 414) that weakens an affected creature’s Constitution and can also inflict an affected creature with a disease called radiation sickness. Radiation dangers are organized into four categories: low, medium, high, and severe. The effects of these categories of radiation are described on Table 11–8: Radiation Levels.
In this case es Medium CD 17.
but, if my player hit me With this weapon, how do I calculate the saving throw for my crew?
a template enemy starship npc don´t have this information.
Thanks for the help.

Alien archive 1 NPC creation rules, the crew that matter are going to be CR = Tier of starship, I figure the gunners are combatants, the rest are likely experts.
So, on a tier 5 enemy ship, the gunners would have a fort of +7 and the other crew a fort of +4.
Though, note that higher level ships means higher level crew, and armor of a certain level protects against radiation.
