Do shamans use a divine focus when casting m/df spells?

If they do, what is it?

Yup.

I guess it's whatever divine/sacred thing they want it to be?

"Divine Focus (DF): A divine focus component is an item of spiritual significance. (...) If the Components line includes F/DF or M/DF, the arcane version of the spell has a focus component or a material component (the abbreviation before the slash) and the divine version has a divine focus component (the abbreviation after the slash)." CRB pg. 213

There's nothing that defines what exactly a Shaman's divine focus is, apart from the general description that I quoted above. "Shamans have strong ties to natural spirits", your divine focus should probably an icon representative of the spirit. Drawing from old real life religions, I'd use expect figurines out of hard wood, metal, ivory, or soapstone, shaped fiting to the spirit (wave, flame, snowflake for winter, etc.) and possibly painted. A Shaman with the Heavens spirit might even use something like the bronze age Nebra sky disk.

you can use Holy Symbol pricing, see Adventuring Gear.

Great link.

The rules really don’t define what a holy symbol is, they just define the price. A Shaman’s holy symbol would cost the same, but its form could be a lot different. It could be a collection of items that have some spiritual significance to the shaman like a Native American medicine pouch. The culture of the shaman will dictate what form it takes
