Sacred Servant Paladin and domain powers

Hello. If a Sacred Servant Paladin picks a domain, say the Travel domain, does he get the domain powers?

The 10 feet speed and the Agile Feet at level 4, and the Dimensional Hop at level 11 (where he counts as level 8 so can hop 80 feet per day)?
