Hi,
I bought a PFS subscription around the 22nd of March. I got the March downloads (2-15 and 16) on the 31st of March.
Last week, I got another subscription email that included all the March and April downloads (2-15, 16, 17, and 18). It has a "Submitted" date of 3/31, which is also weird. 2-17 and 18 are still not available for me to download.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi benyar!
It looks like something weird happened and when the subscription order for April was generated, it tacked it on to the March order (but didn't submit or fulfill the order). I've fixed it manually and 2-17 and 2-18 should be available in your downloads shortly if they're not already!
It shouldn't happen again, but just to be on the safe side, I've made a note to double-check your account when we release May's PFS scenarios. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do for you!
