There is "Flaming Fire poi".
lit "Flaming Fire poi" deal Weapon: 1d4 ⇒ 4 bludgeoning plus Lit: 1d4 ⇒ 2 and Flaming: 1d6 ⇒ 2 fire damage. On a critical hit with a lit fire poi, the target takes Lit: 1 = 1 and Flaming: 1d10 ⇒ 10 or Grater Flaming: 2d10 ⇒ (3, 3) = 6 persistent fire damage.
Fire damage dealt by Grater Flaming Fire poi(including the persistent fire damage) ignores the target’s fire resistance.
But... this weapon has Lit fire and don't know what happens when hit to the target with fire resistance.

The Fire damage from the weapon is affected by Resistances normally. ONLY the fire damage from the Flaming Rune can ignore resistances.
What is your basis for this? The text of Greater Flaming Rune is "Increase the persistent damage on a critical hit to 2d10. Fire damage dealt by this weapon (including the persistent fire damage) ignores the target’s fire resistance."
That doesn't say fire damage dealt by the rune ignores resistances. It says fire damage dealt by the weapon ignores resistances.

Serious problem comes when doesn't ignore fire resistance.
could you please rephrase your question?
Simply, add or not.(Staff, you can answer or rephrase!)

I now grok the original post
- special weapon from an AP, which
- inherently has a fire damage rider (when the weapon is lit; weapon can also be used unlit without the additional fire damage from when lit)
- weapon has a greater flaming rune, which includes this functionality:
— fire damage dealt by this weapon (including the persistent fire damage) ignores the target’s fire resistance
as other have pointed out, the greater rune says ‘by this weapon’
which would include the weapon’s inherent (non-rune originated) damages
