Is there any recommandation/suggestion on how to adjust to encounters for 5 players?

For the most part, be really careful about modifying anything. Maybe add an enemy to moderate or lower encounters, if they are against foes a level or two lower, but otherwise, there are plenty of challenging encounters in this AP, that the threat of your party steamrolling through it are pretty slim. They just might end up resting less.
In my opinion, past the couple of higher levels, the AP is quite tough and as such I would change nothing. Maybe, by using xp for levelling, let your PCs a bit longer into each levels. But a difference of one level will be too high.
