Opinion of the Orciest (Half)Orc

Advice

I saw a build titled 'The Dwarfiest Dwarf' and was inspired to make the orciest half orc I could. The theme is an orc that makes a pact with a demon and uses his orc heritage to achieve absurd strength and powers.
Race: Half-Orc
Class: Bloodrager - Abyssal Bloodline
Archetype: Primalist
Stats for a 20 point-buy
STR-15 (17 after modifier)
DEX-12
CON-16
INT-8
WIS-10
CHA-13
Traits: Arcane Temper, Bloody-Minded, Illiterate (Drawback)
Alternative Racial Trait: Orc Ferocity -> Sacred Tattoo
Level 1) Abyssal Bloodline, Bloodline Power: Claws, Power Attack(feat), Half-Orc traits, Bloodrager Proficiency.

Level 5) Improved Uncanny Dodge, Arcane Strike(feat)
level 6) Intimidating Prowess(bloodline feat)
Level 7) Damage Reduction 1/-, Cornugon Smash(feat)
Level 8) Primal Choice 2 - Rage Powers: Lesser Beast Totem and Guarded Life, +1 Strength
Level 9) Skill Focus Survival (feat), Toughness(bloodline feat)
Level 10) DR 2/-
Level 11) Eldritch Heritage Orc(feat), Greater Bloodrage, Touch of Rage from EH

Level 16) Primal Choice 4 - Rage Powers: Beast Totem and Greater Beast Totem, DR 4/-
Level 17) Greater Eldritch Heritage(feat), Tireless Rage, Power of Giants from GEH
Level 18) Improved Bull Rush(bloodline feat)
Level 19) Following Step(feat), DR 5/-
Level 20) Primal Choice 5 - Bloodline Power: Demonic Immunities, Mighty Bloodrage

The build ends up with 34 strength at level 20 after the 5 increases from leveling(+5), strength of the beast (+6 Inherent), and a belt(+6 enchantment). When he rages he gets +8 morale bonus from the base bloodrager rage, and +6 from abyssal bloodrage for a total strength of 48. If he uses power of giants he gets an additional +6 size bonus for a total of 54 strength. With a +5 greataxe he does +41/36/31/26 for 3d6+61(factoring in arcane strike, power attack, rage, and power of giants). After magic items his AC is roughly 36. it becomes 32 while raging without power of giants and 35 with power of giants. The biggest weakness is his will save of 12 AFTER a cloak +5. I am okay with this since he is supposed to be a little dimwitted so this makes sense. He is rather 'orcish' in that his entire kit is "me hit you REALLY hard". Basically, what doesn't kill him only pisses him off. his backstory for an evil/anti-hero campaign is pretty much he is just an orc that loves to do orc things and become the strongest. for a non evil campaign I'd probably go with him wanting to defeat powerful monsters for glory and heard adventuring leads to powerful monsters. For both alignments he, or his father, made a pact with a demon for him to obtain great strength. The sacred tattoo is taken to signify this.

That is the build/general backstory and I would appreciate any input and criticism. The parts I'm most looking for advice on is any character traits that fit the theme, feats that fit the theme better than what I picked, and rage powers. I like step up and following step but it feels like filler feats to me and I was having a hard time finding things I want to replace them. Sorry for the long read, thanks in advance for any help.

Will save of +5 base +2 luck +5 cloak.... remember to get a familiar or mount so you have something to do while your powerful but dominated or confused or possed or suggested character wipeouts the other characters - again. Or run away in fear or falls asleep or are holded...
You get the point.
The orciest half orc are perfect in a tribe of orcs where might is right, but a thall and liability in a adventure group.

Iron will feat and Indomitable will trait would help and fit okay as you are stubborn orcish. That would get you up to +15 total with +2 while raging.

Hmm... the trait is indomitable faith... perhaps you would prefer Auspicious Tattoo instead, but then you need connections with the shoanti tribes in your background story.

The only things I'd change about this are your starting Ability Scores and your significantly abuse-able Will Save. Since you have a +6 Inherent Str in the end, this is nice because you can start with an odd number and come out perfect. Soo...

I'd go:

19 Str (17 + 2)
12 Dex
14 Con
7 Int
11 Wis
13 Cha

And then do what Khan said about your Will Save. Honestly, with a low Will Save and a 50+ Str, you're a ticking time bomb and a liability to your group, because if you get Dominated you're going to put them all in the hospital.

I replaced step up with iron will and following step with improved iron will. I also added a cracked pale green ioun stone to the magic items for a +1 competence to all saves. I now have a 15 will save with a reroll per day that becomes 19 while raging and 23 against enchantment spells from indomitable will. As for the stats, my group has a house rule to not drop a stat below 8. Thanks for the advice.

That's a pretty respectable Will Save, nice job ;) BBEG casters should have a Mindstat of 24-32 and will be casting 6-9th level spells. Barring any Spell Focus or other DC-increasing items, the DC to beat will be around 23 to 30 max. With a 2nd chance to save each day, your chance to save is pretty reliable.
