* In all examples consider that the creature has the same spell prepared.
- The first time I use elaborate flourish with a spell the creature can't use counterspell because it doesn't know which spell it is.
- If I cast the spell a second time along with elaborate flourish, the creature can use counterspell this time but with a -2 penalty.
- Finally, this process will be repeated every time I use elaborate flourish with a new spell.
Am i doing right?

Not quite. Elaborate Flourish
In Identifying Spells it says that any time a spell is cast, anyone who is watching the spellcasting and has that spell prepared or in repertoire, they automatically know what the spell is. With Elaborate flourish they don't get that automatic information and have to use the other option - use an action on their turn to identify the spell.
Additionally, any time someone tries to do exactly that and identify the spell that you just cast, or if they try to counterspell your spell, they take the -2 penalty. The first time they see you cast the spell. The second time. The 19th time. The 74th time.
I would describe that in-game as that you choose a different flourish each time you use the metamagic feat. Keep mixing it up and the enemies never get better at identifying your spells.
