New build needed for old character concept

Need help building / Finding a new build

Character is a Human (Noble) Young barely 19.

He must have martial abilities
He must have Magical abilities
He must make use of dance well in combat
He needs to wield a Scimitar as it what his first two versions had.
Having access to haste would also be good as his first incarnation had it
Should have an Ac in mid 30s

Well magus is an obviously easy answer I want to see what other options there is.

Well fighting humanoids us fine I want him to accel at killing monsters as it is what is clan/ family dose

Dawnflower Dervish Bard hits almost all of those and is Cha based.
Spirit Dancer Medium though it's not about dancing exactly.
Battle Dancer Brawler has a reason to use Dance in combat. No spells though. Maybe dip the brawler and then go Vexing Daredevil Mesmerist?

Bard, or specifically Skald in general. Skald is a bit more martial version of a Bard, but still has full 6-list casting and gets rage powers. The versatile performance option for Dance is Acrobatics and Fly. You can take Expanded Versatile Performance to add "Bluff, Diplomacy, Disguise, Escape Artist, Handle Animal, Intimidate, Sense Motive, or Use Magic Device" to your Perform(dance). Or you can take Martial Performance to count your bard level as 1/2 fighter for Monk or Spear fighter groups (and potentially weapon focus for free) for feats that require fighter level.

I think there are a few dancing-themed Magus archetypes, but it also has some unarmed versions that you could fluff as dancing.

Noble Scion(Scion of War) is Cha for init instead of Dex, so I would suggest a bard or skald.

AC takes some doing, but that's similar for everyone. Well... mid 30s at what level?

The Dawnflower Dervish Bard is the obvious answer. Battle Dance (double inspire courage bonuses) is their main combat buff.

Dance Fighting ought to be a Vigilante Talent :(
