Edit: Revising because why not?
I'm going to turn this thread into a collection of all my various homebrew, rather than littering the forum with each wild idea I pull out. First up, Antiquarian!
I haven't decided if this will be a full class in its own right or a class archetype for the Alchemist.
Here is the link to the placeholder document: Antiquarian. I will make modifications there, and update this thread accordingly.
Elevator pitch:
More than a keeper of lost lore and hoarder of ancient objects, an antiquarian is able to sense and make use of the resonant psychic energy in items and places. Antiquarians channel their psychic might through implements-items that allow them to focus their power and produce incredible effects.
Basics: A support class along the lines of the Alchemist (I seem to like them), my plan is to swap out Alchemy for Resonance, which is the same concept but allows the crafting of magic items like Talismans, Scrolls, and Potions. I'll also steal my own idea from the Medium class and give them "Haunts" that are magical snares.
Unlike the Alchemist, I plan for 2 modifications: master weapon proficiency at level 15, and a suite of level 0 items that can be Quick Crafted but do not consume resonance when you do so.
Oh, and I'm just going to give them Enduring "Alchemy" because screw THAT feat tax.
Besides feats that are available to scroll trickster, talisman dabbler, and revised versions of the snare crafter feats, I'll also throw in Archeologist ones. Haven't decided how potions will work, but I'll think of something.

Further thoughts (might as well think out loud):
I misremembered the scroll archetype; it doesn't quite work like the snare, poison, or herbalist archetypes, so I'm not certain it would be balanced after all. It seems to be mostly the basic/expert/master spellcaster multiclass archetypes, delayed 1 level. Easy enough to add that into the class if I was going pure caster, but I had a different idea.
The Rolling/Wave casting got a lot of pushback during the SoM playtest, but it occurs to me that as a scrollcaster, it actually makes a lot of sense that you only get 4 free scrolls a day, and only at your highest 2 levels. Add a few cantrip Ofudas, and I think I have the beginnings of an interesting class chassis.
After completing analysis of the playtest classes, I have come to the conclusion that they are intended to be roughly martial characters with a couple fewer class features to pay for the Roll casting (exactly 2 in fact). So a 2 level delay of the same casting, but with scrolls, seems reasonable enough.
I'd need to create some cantrip scroll equivalent, but that seems not difficult.

Gunsmith Alchemist Research Field
As a bonus, I have my first Alchemy Bullet! Still not sure if I'm taking this approach or not, but throwing it out there anyways.
Caustic Shot
{Common}{Acid}{Alchemical}{Consumable}
Ammunition Round
Activate > Interact
This bullet is made of materials that act as an acidic powder when striking a target. Even being merely close to Caustic Shot as it passes is enough to cause a reaction. On a miss, hit, and critical hit, this bullet deals the listed amount of acid damage in addition to the damage normally dealt by the attack.
Caustic Shot (Lesser) Item 1
Price 3gp
This shot deals 1 point of acid damage.
Caustic Shot (Moderate) Item 5
Price 22gp
This shot deals 2 points of acid damage.
Caustic Shot (Greater) Item 11
Price 250gp
This shot deals 3 points of acid damage.
Caustic Shot (Major)
This shot deals 4 points of acid damage.

Gunsmith field now updated to include bullets.
Although it's level 5 only, do note that the Eroding Bullet does already exist.
Yep. That was the baseline I used for power and pricing of my new bullets.
There are 2 bombs that deal acid damage, 2 that deal mental, and 4 that deal fire, so I'm not terribly worried about redundancy.
