So the kobold feat, Allys Shelter says "In stressful circumstances, you find strength in your allies' example. Roll the save using an adjacent ally's modifier for that type of saving throw instead of your own" would this mean that if an ally used a reaction to gain a bonus to a saving throw, then your save would now be the new and increased save rather then just the flat modifier from prof plus stat if you used your reaction after them.
