Always a fun feat. So, this seems like something really easy to abuse... so how would you guys use this feat? I mean, it looks like if you have a high dex, maxed acrobatics, and some rogue talents/feats you can almost effectively become immune to damage... combine with a Invulnerable Rager barb and you DO become immune to melee attacks..
thoughts on this? Am I just a little overestimating the feat? (I ask because I am tempted to take it with my goblin barb... maybe I can make him a slayer?)

It's a decent damage mitigation technique, the thing keeping it from abuse is this:

The idea of a goblin paladin sent flying, screaming at the top of his lungs, only to stand back up and charge recklessly back into battle amuses me, but I think it would be a hard sell to a gm.

The downside of it is enough to make not too powerful, it still seems to be an very useful damage mitigation/escape mechanism. Also note that it doesn't say you can't use it while Staggered so you can theoretically be thrown around forever, negating damage each time, until the enemy laughs its ass off and just loses interest in you.
I would take it on any Goblin character with high acrobatics and feats to spare; high amusement factor and a powerful but with a downside effect make it a must have for me.

I am picturing this with a Feral Gnasher... lol. Its like a Chihuahua. It comes up to bite you, you kick it away, and it charges back up to bite your ankles xD

It amuses me as well, and feels very flavorfully appropriate. Character build ADD: GO!

I dunno, the immediate action means only once a round and being staggered is rough. Also doesn't protect from ranged or spell damage, and a savy enemy would just knock you somewhere far away from allies.
Still it looks fun.
You get to pick which way you go, not your enemy. If anything you could use this to rocket yourself into the guy the BSF was supposed to be protecting.
I was going to make a Dawnflower Dervish Bard with this (she just heard that Sarenrae is the Goddess of Fire and decided that was definitely the goddess for her) but the campaign fell through. Still a pretty amusing idea.

Well, this gives you five times a day you get to completely ignore staggered, but by far the easiest thing to do with it is make a full caster who doesn't care when they're limited to only a standard action.

I just started thinking... if you were really good at this, your party can have fun with this... have your party BSF use this to hit YOU with there big stick x using it to rocket you into the BBEG lol...AND ITS A HOME RUN!!!
You can also have fun combining the feat with bouncy for some fun if you are a barb lol

Oh wait, I completely forgot the other benefit. Go Barbarian, grab some pounce, get free full attacks because:
If you are able to take only a standard action on your turn, you can still charge, but you are only allowed to move up to your speed (instead of up to double your speed) and you cannot draw a weapon unless you possess the Quick Draw feat. You can't use this option unless you are restricted to taking only a standard action on your turn.

oh god... this seals it... goblins are the most OP race... xD I am almost tempted to throw a bunch of goblin invunerable rager barbarians with rings of ferocious actions at my part for shinanigins sake... and take advantage of their lower than 1 cr normally xD...
Well Invulnerable to the party's melee power at least.

I'm reminded of the epic battle between Ludo and Sir Didymus in Labyrinth. X D
