Hello, can someone take a look at my Order 36423268 ? I'm looking at $32 to ship 4 items within the US via USPS Priority / US First Class. My subscription is set to ship via USPS First Class.
My questions are as follows - Why is it being split so many times, and why are some packages being sent via US Priority and other's US First Class? I thought when I set my subscription to ship via USPS First Class I would stop getting these split shipments which really make shipping expensive. Or is this somehow truly cheaper?
Package 1 USPS Priority
Bestiary 3
Abomination Vaults 3 of 3
Package 2 USPS First class
Flip Tiles - Wilderness perils expansion
Package 3 USPS Priority
Agents of Edgewatch Pawns
Thanks for the help! Just want to make sure that my subscriptions are set up correctly so I don't get overcharged on shipping and get a package for each individual item.

Oh no, I was worried I'd missed an order with shipping issues and, clearly, I did. Apologies about that! On the plus side, shipping issues are now actually fixed, so, theoretically, this shouldn't be a problem for future subscription orders!
The issue with USPS First Class shipping is that they have size and weight limits, so even with fixed shipping, it still wants to separate the order into two packages (but for the significantly cheaper price of $18.51). The fix that we rolled out should solve the issue with splitting up packages unless it actually is the cheaper option now, so you might be better off switching your default shipping method over to USPS Priority (which in the case of this order, for example, would've shipped everything in one package for $12.87).
At any rate, that's neither here nor there for this order, so what I'm going to do is refund the difference in shipping prices back to your payment method. I've sent you an email directly in regard to that, so please respond to the email if you have any questions about the refund!
