Order #36326270 Shipment shows delivered but wasnt

Hiya support Gurus!

My package for this order is showing having been delivered via the carrier link sometime this morning. Unfortunately, no packages were dropped today at the time stamp on the tracking or at the same time as my regular mail drop off.

I'm not sure what to do now, please help!

Hi jstinoah,

First, let me say that no matter what, we'll be sure to take care of you and make sure you get your order!

That said, we've seen instances of orders getting marked as delivered, even when they haven't, but they generally show up within a day or so. So! Even though it's extremely annoying to do so, I'm going to ask you to give it a couple more days to see if your package shows up.

It getting marked as delivered is a good sign (sort of?) that USPS has it and they're usually good about correcting that, BUT if a few days pass and it still doesn't show up, let us know and we'll get a replacement sent out to you.

Just as an update, still no delivery and my local post office confirmed today they're holding no packages for me.

Alas, it has been 5 full days since the tracking has shown delivery with no update or notice changes. This book of new races shall be mine yet I daresay!

Please let me know if I should do anything else or if further time is needed before we can proceed.

Gah, I'm so sorry your order hasn't shown up! I was convinced that it would, but at this point it's been a week, so I've set up a replacement order and you should receive an email confirmation with the details shortly!

If the original order shows up at some point, as long as you don't open the package, you should be able to write 'Return to Sender' on it and the post office will ship it back to us at no cost to you. Otherwise, fingers crossed that the replacement order gets there without issue!

Thanks a million for the replacement order and dealing with my updates! If the original ever arrives I'll be sure to refuse it as I don't need two ancestry guides for sure.

I was hopeful you were correct as well but alas even my mail delivery driver was unaware of a package with my name on it in the last few days. Town of less than 1200 it's usually a safe bet it's a no when they so!

I will be viligantly looking out for the package to finally search it's depths! Thanks as always for the great support!
