My wife and I each received $15 gift vouchers at Gateway 2020 and have tried to use them prior to expiration but kept getting "not valid" messages. We have both sent emails to Customer Service email but never got any responses. I looked all over the website and can't find a contact phone number. What can be done to fix this?
