Missing Subscription Items

Hi.

I sub to all Pathfinder subscriptions. I was never sent the following items. I sent an email about it Feb. 21st and never received a response.

Pathfinder Adventure Path #163: Ruins of Gauntlight
Pathfinder Flip-Mat: City Sites Multi-Pack

Today I saw I never received this item, so I sent another email. Hopefully either that email or this thread gets a response.
Flip-Mat Classics: Red Light District

Also, because I needed access to Pathfinder Adventure Path #163: Ruins of Gauntlight I just bought the PDF (that should be included with my Pathfinder subscription with the physical product). Once, you rectify the situation with the missing physical products, can you please refund me for that order?

Because this has happened a second time now, please check my account to see if something happened on the backend. I have a feeling this issue is going to continue if some sort of subscription setting isn't checked. I am subbed to the following:
