I have the PF1 version of the BeginnerBox and was wondering if there is a PDF containing all of the changes I need to make in order to play it as the new PF2E edition.
No, there is not.
PF2 is a very different game from PF1. There's no good conversion between the two systems.
It's pretty easy to convert monsters/creatures, because creature creation is so much easier in PF2.
But, just like there's no PDF to convert the Core Rulebook from PF1 to PF2, there's no PDF for converting the Beginner Boxes. They're designed to teach new GMs and new players how to create characters and run games. And running/playing PF1 is an entirely different experience from running/playing PF2.
You can buy a PDF of the entire PF2 Beginner Box for $15. It includes both the Hero's Handbook and the Game Master's Guide; pawns, maps, character sheets, pregens, etc.

Just to clarify:
The second sentence is not wrong but it also does not contradict the first sentence.
The games are different and conversion isn't a feasible method. That is, directly converting numbers and translating abilities is a no-go.
What you do instead is that you look at the PF1 monster (or other feature) and draw inspiration from it. Then you create a brand-new PF2 monster using that inspiration (but not the direct numbers and abilities).
This is what is meant. Yes, it's fairly easy to "convert" monsters because it's easy to create monsters. There is no actual conversion involved.
PS. Even where there is an official PF2 stat block for your PF1 monster it's not as simple as you simply use the PF1 encounter just with PF2 stats. That can quickly lead to a TPK. I whole-hearedly recommend you first learning the PF2 system using an official PF2 adventure (such as the one in the Beginner's Box).
Only attempt using PF1 material after you know what you are doing as a PF2 games master. Any and all attempts at simple conversion is a recipe for disaster. For instance, even if you have a PF1 encounter with some Orcs or whatever, and even if these monsters official PF2 stats are of the same level, you simply cannot just use the PF1 encounter in PF2!
Once you have learned the basics of the PF2 system you will realize WHY this is so, and you can ask more questions. But if your immediate reaction is to question me, I just need you to trust what we're saying at face value. Explaining why is equal to explaining how encounters work in PF2 and
a) I don't have the time and space to do that here
b) and more importantly, by playing the game you will learn this in a MUCH MORE FUN WAY
Have a nice day

Honestly the only encounters that would need to be changed are Blackfang and Theselkar I think everything else can just be pulled from their equivalent 2E stat blocks and obviously some of the treasure needs to be redone. Since there is no Equivalent for the +1 Dragonbane Sword that is way to good for level 1 loot anyway.
And after blackfangs's dungeon everything is just hooks that you can use the 2E box rules for.
